1. Scope and parties
These Subscriber Terms are between you and Sbsial Portal L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and govern Membership subscriptions to a creator’s Exclusive Content. Sbsial provides the subscription-access service; the identified creator supplies the content. They supplement the General Terms, Community Guidelines and Privacy Notice. Chat Pass, Paid Conversation, coin purchases, gifts and auctions are separate products; these Terms do not make them recurring subscriptions.
You must meet the eligibility and legal-capacity requirements in the General Terms and the conditions of the billing store. A purchase requires lawful authority to accept the offer and authorize the selected payment method. Any permission required by applicable law must be obtained before purchase; access to another person’s card, account or device does not establish that authority.
In these Terms, Creator means the person or entity supplying the subscription content; Subscriber means the eligible account holder purchasing access; Subscription Content means the content and benefits described in the offer; Billing Provider means Apple, Google Play or another provider expressly offered for the purchase; and Paid Period means the period of access covered by the relevant payment.
2. What you buy
Membership is a monthly, automatically renewing subscription to the selected creator, billed through Apple or Google Play at the price shown by the store. It includes access to the creator’s full available exclusive photo and video library and new exclusive posts during your entitlement period. There is no set posting schedule. Membership does not include Chat Pass, Paid Conversation, private replies or personalized work. Any separately supported service requires its own offer and applicable agreement. A particular posting frequency is binding only where it is expressly promised in an applicable supported offer.
Before you confirm a purchase, the offer and store checkout must identify the creator and subscription, included benefits, billing period, recurring nature, applicable price and currency, any applicable taxes or additional charges, and how to cancel. A trial or introductory offer must also identify its duration and what will be charged when it ends. Each creator’s Membership is separate. A follow, verification badge or free account does not give you a paid Membership. Other billing periods, prepaid plans, family access or upgrades are available only if expressly offered.
Access is a personal, limited permission to view Subscription Content through the supported service during your entitlement period, subject to lawful audience restrictions and the Community Guidelines. It is not ownership of the content or a permanent download licence. Creators and other rights holders retain ownership of their content. You must not redistribute or resell it, bypass access controls, or record or share another person’s private communications without the necessary rights and permissions.
3. Payment and renewal
For Apple purchases, payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. An auto-renewing subscription renews at the disclosed interval unless cancelled before renewal under Apple's rules. Manage it through Apple subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a free or discounted trial to avoid renewal, and follow any applicable store deadline for other cancellations. Your store subscription page and confirmation identify the relevant renewal date and amount.
For Google Play purchases, payment is charged using your Google Play payment method. Auto-renewal follows the billing cycle and terms displayed by Google Play unless cancelled before the next renewal. Prepaid or other non-renewing plans, if offered, expire as disclosed and do not become auto-renewing without the applicable purchase authorization. Any fixed payment commitment must be disclosed before you agree to it.
Another billing provider is available only if Sbsial expressly offers it in a purchase flow permitted by the applicable store rules and law. Such a purchase follows that provider’s identified billing and cancellation process. We identify the billing provider before purchase and in the transaction record. A reference to an external provider does not remove Sbsial's responsibility for delivering its service or assisting with errors.
4. Trials, promotions and price changes
A trial or discounted period converts to the disclosed paid renewal price only on the terms shown before you accept. Eligibility, duration, subsequent price and cancellation method must be clear. A store may end trial access on cancellation under its disclosed rules. A trial is not available merely because these Terms describe it. The store determines eligibility for any offer it makes available. Unused trial benefits do not have independent cash value.
Price increases, billing-period changes and material changes to included benefits apply prospectively with the notice and consent required by the relevant store and law. Where consent is required and not given, the subscription must not renew at the changed price. We do not treat accepting platform terms as consent to a store price increase. You may cancel future renewal before an applicable change takes effect. The price and benefits of an already paid period remain governed by the accepted offer, subject to lawful changes and remedies for material nonconformity. A creator cannot impose a separate undisclosed charge to retain benefits already purchased.
5. Cancellation
Cancel through the provider that bills you. For Apple: device Settings, your name, Subscriptions, select the subscription and cancel, or use Apple's cancellation guidance. For Google Play: Play Store, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, select and cancel, or use Google Play Subscriptions. If you cannot find the purchase, check the store account on the receipt and contact support.
An in-app subscription-management link, where available, opens the relevant store process; opening the link alone does not cancel. Stopping a follow, blocking a creator, deleting the app or deleting your Sbsial account does not by itself cancel store billing. Verify cancellation in the store. Contact us if Sbsial controls fail or access is removed while billing continues.
You can cancel future renewal without obtaining the creator’s approval. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal and generally preserves access until the paid period ends. Applicable trial rules, refunds, revocations and statutory immediate-cancellation or partial-refund rights may produce a different result. Cancellation is not automatically a refund request.
6. Access, restoration and failed billing
Access depends on a verified purchase linked to the correct creator, store account and Sbsial account. If a valid purchase is missing, use Restore Purchases or contact support. You do not need to buy again when an existing entitlement can be restored. Keep your store receipt and purchase reference to help resolve an access error. Restoration verifies ownership; it does not transfer the purchase to an unrelated account or authorize a new charge. If the accounts do not match, use the original account or ask support for help. Access on another supported device remains subject to the same valid entitlement and account checks; changing devices is not, by itself, a reason to buy the same subscription again. Family sharing or transfer is available only where the offer and store explicitly support it.
If billing fails, access follows the status confirmed by the store. A confirmed grace period lasts until its recorded end; its duration is not fixed by these Terms. Pending payment, a pause, billing hold, expiry or revocation may prevent access. Repairing a payment method may allow the store to retry collection or resume renewal under its rules; an access interruption does not necessarily cancel the subscription. Ordinary cancellation preserves access until the paid-through date, subject to the exceptions in section 5.
Closing new sales does not shorten a valid existing entitlement or prevent its restoration. A stop-sales setting is distinct from ending an existing subscription. If the creator or Sbsial cannot provide the paid service, we will address the access, cancellation and refund remedies that apply.
7. Refunds and mandatory rights
Cancelling future renewal or changing your mind does not ordinarily entitle you to a refund for a current period that has been properly supplied, except where store policy or law provides otherwise. You may have refund or other remedy rights for unauthorized or duplicate charges, failed delivery, material misdescription, a service that does not meet its agreed description, withdrawal or other statutory grounds.
For Apple-billed purchases, use Apple’s refund request service. For Google Play purchases, follow Google Play’s refund guidance or contact Sbsial for help where we can act as the developer. These processes do not remove your rights against Sbsial for our own obligations. An approved refund may end the refunded access under store rules and law.
If you have a withdrawal or cooling-off right, accepting these Terms or using the service does not by itself waive it. Where the law requires a separate request for immediate performance or an acknowledgement before that right can be lost, we obtain it through the purchase process. Digital content and ongoing services may be treated differently. Any withdrawal right or refund required by law remains available.
8. Creator changes and restrictions
Creators may update their content within the purchased description. We do not guarantee every post's accuracy or future popularity. We remain responsible for our own service obligations. A creator may not use a general change clause to remove a specifically promised paid benefit without the applicable remedy. We may remove unlawful content or restrict unsafe activity; where this prevents supply of a paid service, the applicable remedies remain available. General Terms govern proportionate enforcement and review.
9. Purchase authority and accurate information
You must be authorized to use the selected payment method and store account and provide accurate required purchase information. Do not make purchases for resale, transfer subscription access to an unrelated Sbsial account, conceal a previously refunded transaction or submit altered receipts. Any eligibility or authorization check must use only the information reasonably needed for that purpose. Suspected unauthorized purchases should be reported promptly; this does not shorten legal dispute periods or automatically make you responsible for fraud committed without your fault.
The subscription is tied to the creator and eligible account identified at purchase. A change of display name, verification badge or profile appearance does not create a new purchase or permit an undisclosed transfer to a different creator. If the relevant creator identity or service materially changes, we must assess the contractual notice and remedy due.
10. Subscription entitlements and multiple purchases
A subscription gives you the access and benefits described in the offer for the verified period. It does not give you an ownership interest in Sbsial, the creator or their revenue, or a right to payment merely because you subscribe. Separate creator arrangements do not add an undisclosed obligation to your purchase or reduce a benefit you bought.
Do not use duplicate purchases to bypass access restrictions. If purchases overlap across stores, plans or devices, contact us and the billing provider. We will help verify the transactions and identify the available correction or refund process. Any upgrade, downgrade or related adjustment follows the store’s rules and the plan-change terms shown to you.
11. Availability and service standards
You need a compatible device, supported application version, internet access and an eligible account. Your own carrier or internet charges are separate from the subscription price. Temporary maintenance, store verification delays and network failures may interrupt access. We will take reasonable steps to resolve problems within our control; no availability disclaimer removes required remedies for a prolonged or material failure to deliver the paid service.
Subscription content may include changing collections, provided the ongoing service remains consistent with its description. No particular item is guaranteed permanently unless expressly promised. Lawful removal of an individual item does not necessarily mean the entire subscription was not supplied; however, substantial removal of the purchased benefits must be assessed for appropriate remedies. We do not guarantee that a creator’s opinions or artistic style will match your personal preferences, but factual purchase descriptions must be accurate. The subscription must continue to provide the recurring value described in the offer; it cannot be turned into a one-time benefit while recurring charges continue.
12. Restrictions, suspension and deletion
We may restrict access following a verified payment reversal, material breach, abuse, legal requirement or proportionate safety action under the General Terms. Any reasons, review process or refund due will depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Suspension does not automatically forfeit all payments. Blocking may affect content visibility; a creator may not use it to withhold paid benefits while continuing to charge without the required remedy.
You need an active eligible Sbsial account for account-linked content. Before deleting your account, cancel each store subscription and check your remaining access. We will explain the effect of deletion and provide store cancellation guidance. An account-recovery window is not a free extension of the paid subscription period. If we remove access or stop a service, we will take the available steps to stop future renewal or assist with the provider’s cancellation process and address any paid service we cannot supply. Check the store to confirm cancellation.
13. Payment disputes and transaction corrections
Tell us if a receipt is valid but access is absent, the wrong creator was linked, an amount was duplicated or a transaction was unauthorized. We may investigate with the billing provider and ask for proportionate evidence. Use your lawful store, payment-provider and consumer dispute rights; these Terms do not require you to give up a chargeback or statutory remedy. Do not knowingly misrepresent a transaction or retain access obtained by a refunded or fraudulent purchase.
A confirmed refund, revocation or successful chargeback may end the corresponding entitlement and require an attributable account correction. We will distinguish the affected purchase from independent valid purchases. A later verified purchase or authoritative correction may restore its proper access. A refund request alone is not proof of fraud. Any contractual request to report promptly is separate from mandatory legal limitation periods.
14. Data, conduct and responsibility
The Privacy Notice explains account, subscription and interaction processing. Creators receive only the information authorized for the relevant service; subscribing is not a blanket consent to off-platform marketing, publication of your identity or disclosure of payment credentials. Protect your credentials and report compromise. Do not harass creators or other subscribers, demand benefits outside the offer, publish paid content without rights or exploit vulnerabilities to obtain access.
The warranty, liability and dispute provisions in the General Terms apply, subject to their mandatory-law exceptions. You are responsible for unlawful conduct you commit or authorize. A creator’s responsibility for the content does not exclude Sbsial’s responsibility for its own payment, access, privacy or service obligations. No provision excludes a liability or remedy that the applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
15. Tester access
If we offer you free tester access, you must activate it as instructed. It lasts for the stated period and ends at its recorded expiry or earlier if access is lawfully restricted. It is not a paid store subscription and does not automatically renew as one. A paid Membership requires a separate purchase that you authorize. Free access does not create a right to a monetary refund.
16. Complaints and applicable terms
Contact support@sbsial.com with the creator, receipt reference, issue and requested resolution; do not send full card details or passwords. We may request proportionate purchase evidence. General Terms govern law, Dubai court venue, liability and language, subject to mandatory rights and store billing rules. No feature-specific short reporting window reduces your statutory claim period.
17. Changes to these Terms and ending the service
We may amend these Terms to reflect changes in the service, store requirements or applicable law. Material changes are communicated before they take effect where required. We obtain express acceptance when the law or applicable agreement process requires it. Continued use alone does not authorize a new recurring charge, a price increase requiring store consent or the loss of a mandatory right.
If you do not accept a material change, you may stop future renewal through the billing provider. Existing paid benefits and any accrued remedy remain governed by the terms applicable to them. If Sbsial or a creator ends the subscription service, we address outstanding paid access and the available cancellation or refund process. A service-ending notice does not itself confirm that the store has stopped billing.
18. How these Terms work with other documents
For a subscription issue, these Subscriber Terms take priority over conflicting general platform provisions only to the extent of that issue. Mandatory law continues to apply. The billing store’s rules govern its transaction, renewal, cancellation and refund procedures; they do not remove Sbsial’s obligations for the service it supplies. The specific offer and store confirmation identify the subscription you purchased.
A creator’s promotional statement or separate agreement cannot alter these Terms on Sbsial’s behalf, add an undisclosed charge or waive your mandatory rights. Creator earnings and other private commercial arrangements do not reduce your purchased benefits. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it is limited or severed to the extent required without removing the remaining lawful terms or mandatory protections.
