Can I update my profile?

You can update your profile after logging in into it.

You can update your profile information, name, username and email address or mobile number.

Some profile information isn't visible to anyone but you. This includes your email address, phone number and gender and date of birth.

To update your profile information, go to the

Profile Page

and click on

My Information

Can I add a profile picture or change my current photo on Sbsial app?

To add or change your profile picture, click on the profile button on the top right of the page, click on the camera icon, then add a photo or change the current one.

Can I add a bio or URL to my Sbsial profile?

Yes you can! You can add a Bio by clicking on My Information on the profile page or from the Profile icon on the top right of the page .You can write a bio of 300 characters on your profile. Adding URL is possible too.

How can I change my account’s password?

If you're logged out of your account and can't remember your password, you can request to reset it from the login screen.

If you're able to log into your account and know your current password, you can change it from your Settings: On the profile page, click on My Information, scroll down the page where you can see: Update My Password, click on update to change it.

How can I log out from my Sbsial account?

By clicking on the profile page, a list of options will appear, the last option is Log Out.

To log out please click on it, a message will appear asking you if you are sure that you want to logout, if yes you click on Yes, if not you click on Not Now.
