Community Guidelines
Document version 1
1. Scope and application
These Community Guidelines govern conduct on Sbsial, operated by Sbsial Portal L.L.C. They apply to public and private content, profiles, captions, comments, messages, LIVE rooms, recordings, paid content, advertisements, listings, offers and creator conduct. They supplement the General Terms. You must accept the applicable terms before creating or uploading user content.
The same rules apply whether content is free, paid, restricted to an audience or published by a public figure. Payment, a verification badge, another user’s agreement or an expiring format does not excuse a violation. You are responsible for what you submit or authorize, including contributions prepared by collaborators or created with automated tools. We may also restrict content to meet applicable law, store requirements and age safeguards.
2. Child safety and sexual exploitation
Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited. Do not create, store, request, upload, share, link to, promote or facilitate child sexual abuse material or the sexualization of anyone under 18. This prohibition includes sexual depictions involving actual children, manipulated images, synthetic material and fictional depictions of minors. A claim of consent, artistic purpose or private access does not permit child exploitation.
Do not groom a child, solicit sexual contact or imagery, trade access to a child, facilitate trafficking, sexually extort anyone or offer gifts or payment to obtain sexual conduct. Do not conceal age, coach a minor to evade required checks or involve a child in an activity for which they are legally ineligible. Permission from another person does not permit exploitation or override a legal restriction.
Report suspected child exploitation using the supported in-app reporting route or contact support@sbsial.com with the account or content location and a description. Do not download, redistribute or attach suspected abuse material to email. We act on reports and knowledge of suspected exploitation, remove identified child sexual abuse material, restrict offending activity and preserve or report necessary information as required by applicable law. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the competent local emergency or child-protection authority.
3. Sexual content and intimate privacy
Do not offer pornography, explicit sexual performances, sexual services or sexual solicitation, including through paid private interactions. Do not use gifts, subscriptions or Deals to disguise sexual arrangements or exploit another person’s vulnerability. Do not publish, threaten to publish or solicit non-consensual intimate material, including fabricated or manipulated intimate depictions of an identifiable person.
Consent to one recording, communication or audience is not blanket permission for another use. Public-figure status, a prior relationship or payment is not consent. Non-explicit educational, medical, documentary or artistic discussion may be considered in context where law and store rules permit; it must not exploit anyone or be used to evade these restrictions. No contextual exception permits child exploitation or non-consensual intimate material.
4. Violence, self-harm and dangerous activity
Do not threaten violence, coordinate harm, incite an attack, recruit for or materially support terrorism or violent criminal organizations, or distribute instructions intended to facilitate dangerous criminal acts. Do not glorify real-world abuse or use graphic suffering to intimidate or exploit others.
Do not encourage suicide, self-harm, dangerous challenges or harmful conduct presented as a requirement for attention, payment or participation. Supportive discussion, recovery information and responsible reporting may be allowed without encouragement, operational instructions or graphic exploitation. Sbsial is not an emergency service or a substitute for qualified care; seek local emergency assistance when someone is in immediate danger.
5. Harassment, hate and abusive contact
Do not engage in targeted harassment, bullying, stalking, blackmail, coordinated abuse or repeated unwanted contact. Do not threaten or dehumanize people, incite hostility or advocate discrimination because of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability. These protections apply to private messages and creator interactions as well as public posts.
Criticism, disagreement, satire and public-interest discussion are not automatically harassment, but must respect these boundaries. Do not evade a person’s block by using another account, enlist others to target them or condition a purchased benefit on tolerating abuse. A subscription, gift or accepted conversation does not entitle you to affection, unrestricted contact or a personal relationship.
6. Privacy, recording and personal information
Do not expose private contact details, precise whereabouts, identity documents, payment credentials, confidential records or private messages without a lawful basis and required permissions. Do not publish information to intimidate someone, enable stalking or invite harassment. Information available somewhere else is not automatically lawful to aggregate or republish here.
Obtain the permissions required before recording or publishing another person’s voice, image or private communication. LIVE hosts must comply with the Social Feature Terms’ speaker-confirmation and publication requirements, including for late speakers. A device permission, room invitation or general agreement acceptance is not a substitute for required recording consent. Do not misrepresent a recording’s purpose or use editing or synthetic media to fabricate a person’s participation or endorsement.
7. Authenticity and deceptive conduct
Do not impersonate people or organizations, falsify identity or authority, fabricate verification evidence, manipulate engagement or knowingly publish materially harmful deception. Do not create fake transactions or reviews, use stolen accounts or misrepresent a creator’s availability or qualifications. A verification badge confirms only the verification described by Sbsial.
Clearly identify parody, materially manipulated or synthetic media where necessary to avoid deception. A label does not excuse exploitation, infringement, a scam or an unlawful claim. Do not impersonate support staff or send deceptive links to obtain passwords, verification codes or payment information.
8. Intellectual property and attribution
Share only material you are entitled to use, including music, recordings, images, trademarks and third-party contributions. Credit, public availability or payment for a copy does not necessarily grant publication rights. Do not remove rights notices, present another person’s work as your own or redistribute restricted paid content without permission or a right provided by law.
Report suspected infringement with the content location, the right concerned and your authority to act. Do not knowingly submit a false claim or use rights complaints to suppress lawful criticism. We may request proportionate evidence and restrict repeated infringement under the General Terms, while preserving applicable review and legal rights.
9. Commercial honesty and monetization
Describe paid content, gifts, auctions, Deals and other services accurately and supply expressly promised benefits. Disclose sponsorship, advertising and material commercial relationships as required. Do not misrepresent authenticity, delivery, cancellation, refunds or a charity’s involvement. Obtain necessary business or professional permissions; a profile, listing review or platform agreement is not a regulatory licence.
Do not pressure users into unauthorized purchases, exploit vulnerable users, sell a guaranteed personal relationship or promise a professional outcome the service cannot lawfully provide. Do not reward or require abusive, sexual, dangerous or deceptive conduct as a condition of monetization. Use only purchase routes authorized for the service and permitted by applicable store rules and law. Separate agreements govern commercial consequences; these Guidelines do not create an undisclosed charge or penalty.
10. Restricted transactions, spam and system abuse
Do not facilitate prohibited weapons, illegal drugs, trafficking, stolen or counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, unlawful gambling or unlicensed regulated services. Do not disguise a prohibited transaction as an auction, gift, sponsorship or Deal. Charitable claims and promotions require their applicable approvals and truthful disclosures.
Do not spam, harvest personal information, distribute malware, attack systems, exploit vulnerabilities or bypass payment, access or eligibility controls. Do not sell accounts or balances, use circular purchases to obtain unearned payouts or coordinate false disputes. Authorized security research must remain within its expressly approved scope; these Guidelines do not authorize access to another person’s account or data.
11. Reports and safety concerns
Use the supported in-app report and block controls, or contact support@sbsial.com. Identify the content, account, room or transaction, explain the concern and provide relevant information without unnecessary sensitive records. Blocking does not recall copies already received or settle a billing dispute. For suspected child abuse, follow the safe reporting instructions in section 2.
We assess reports and may ask for further information, preserve necessary evidence or take urgent protective action. Do not fabricate evidence, organize malicious reporting or retaliate against a good-faith report, appeal or lawful refund request. A report is not itself proof of wrongdoing. We may limit disclosure where needed for safety, another person’s privacy, a legitimate investigation or a legal restriction.
12. Enforcement, review and continuing rights
Depending on the nature, seriousness and recurrence of a violation, we may require correction, remove content, restrict distribution or features, suspend monetization or suspend or terminate an account. Serious exploitation, credible threats, fraud or a legal requirement may warrant immediate action without a prior warning. We consider relevant context and evidence; a disclaimer or high engagement does not prevent enforcement.
Our team reviews content-removal and account-suspension decisions. Some service-specific restrictions follow the relevant operational rules and may affect an interaction or auction without suspending the whole account. Measures must be proportionate to the issue and applicable obligations. Moderation does not guarantee detection of every violation before someone sees it; this does not remove our legal or store-policy responsibilities.
Where appropriate and legally required, we explain the action and provide review through support, subject to lawful safety and disclosure limits. Include the affected content or account and the reason you believe the decision is mistaken. We may maintain a necessary restriction during review, and correct or lift it if the evidence warrants. Do not evade a restriction through other accounts or arrange continued offending activity for another user.
Financial adjustments follow the applicable accepted agreement and law; content removal or account termination does not automatically forfeit unrelated balances, accrued earnings or mandatory refunds. The General Terms govern changes, liability, disputes and language. No clause here waives statutory complaint or appeal rights, shortens a legal claim period or permits retaliation for exercising those rights.
