Creator Subscription Terms
Document version 1
1. Scope and activation
These Terms are between Sbsial Portal L.L.C. and creators offering recurring content subscriptions, including Exclusive Content. They supplement the General Terms, Community Guidelines, Privacy Notice, Subscriber Terms and Coins, Message Credits and Creator Payout Terms. Chat Pass and Paid Conversation remain subject to their separate messaging agreements and commercial appendices.
Before activation, you must meet the eligibility and verification requirements, complete account and payout setup and expressly accept the applicable agreements. Acceptance does not guarantee approval, open sales, subscribers or earnings. You act independently and have no authority to bind Sbsial or represent yourself as our employee or agent.
You must be legally eligible to offer the creator service, accept the applicable agreements and receive its payments. Any representative must have the authority required for the creator and the relevant transaction. Required permissions and verification must be completed before activation, and the applicable payment-provider and country requirements continue to apply. Approval of a creator profile does not establish legal capacity or an exemption from those requirements.
2. Subscription offer and delivery
Describe your subscription accurately, including its content, benefits, access restrictions, recurring nature and any promised posting frequency. Provide the service described throughout each paid period. Do not market a one-time item or currency award as the main recurring benefit. Private replies, professional advice and personalized work may be offered only where the relevant service supports them and they can lawfully be provided under its agreement.
Membership provides monthly access to your full available exclusive photo and video library and new exclusive posts, without a set posting schedule. Do not imply that the standard Membership includes a guaranteed post quota or private replies. Your initial plan must be approved and ready for sale through the store before new subscriptions can open. Stopping sales closes new purchases; reopening requires platform approval. You must continue serving subscribers with valid store entitlements while sales are closed. Free tester access does not generate subscription earnings or count as a paying store audience.
Obtain the necessary intellectual-property, image, voice and privacy permissions. Do not offer unlawful content, misleading promotions, gambling or prohibited goods or services. Identify paid promotions and material commercial relationships as the law requires. Use only purchase and promotion routes expressly authorized by Sbsial and permitted by the relevant store and law. Do not direct subscribers to an unauthorized payment route or use subscriber information for unsolicited marketing.
3. Changes and stopping sales
Only supported and approved pricing changes may be offered. Store price changes follow the store's effective pricing, notice and consent process; editing a creator setting does not itself change a subscriber's store contract. Give sufficient advance notice of material benefit changes and implement them prospectively with applicable cancellation and remedy rights. Do not retrospectively reduce an already promised paid service.
If you stop offering subscriptions, use the platform's stop process and notify us of any inability to serve existing subscribers. Preserve existing paid entitlements and any confirmed store grace access while the service remains due, or cooperate in providing the appropriate cancellation, refund or other remedy. Stopping new sales and deleting content are not substitutes for stopping store renewal. We may restrict unlawful content immediately, without extinguishing outstanding consumer remedies.
4. Earnings and commercial disclosures
Your creator agreement and any commercial appendix accepted with it govern your earning and payout arrangements. You must receive and accept the applicable terms before activation. We do not guarantee revenue or profit.
Changes to those arrangements require the notice and acceptance required by the agreement and law. They do not retrospectively change protected transactions or accrued rights. Subscriber rights and store billing rules continue to apply.
5. Payouts, tax and financial adjustments
Provide accurate identity, tax and payout information and update it promptly. You are responsible for your own applicable taxes; we may report or withhold amounts where law requires and must account for required withholding. A self-billing arrangement applies only where separately established and legally valid. Incomplete onboarding may delay payment where verification is required, but does not automatically extinguish a lawful entitlement to payment.
We may reasonably hold disputed or at-risk earnings for payment reversal, fraud, compliance or an attributable breach, within the disclosed policy and legal limits. We provide the basis and review route where lawful, review the hold and release undisputed amounts when restrictions cease. A reserve is not a permanent confiscation.
Refunds, chargebacks and verified errors may reduce earnings from the affected subscription on the documented contractual basis. Recovery for your breach must correspond to attributable refunded value or recoverable loss, avoid duplicate recovery and not charge you for platform fault. Ordinary subscription adjustment does not import a messaging penalty or authorize arbitrary recovery from unrelated transactions. A negative balance or recovery from later earnings requires an applicable disclosed and lawful basis. These terms do not authorize debiting your personal bank account or card.
6. Subscriber data and content rights
Use subscriber information exposed through creator tools only to deliver the subscription, administer permitted access and handle legitimate support. Do not scrape, resell, profile for unrelated purposes or contact subscribers outside permitted channels without a lawful basis. Protect data and report suspected compromise. Platform content licensing follows the General Terms; financial record retention does not create an unlimited perpetual content licence.
7. Statements, errors and reconciliation
We must make an intelligible earnings record available, showing the applicable basis, eligible transactions and adjustments sufficiently to assess the calculation. You should report suspected errors with the affected period and evidence. A request to report promptly does not waive a statutory claim or conclusively approve an incorrect statement. We may correct a verified mistake through a traceable adjustment and must distinguish an actual payment reversal from an estimated reserve.
Amounts not yet settled by a provider or subject to a justified dispute may remain provisional under the disclosed schedule. This does not permit indefinite withholding without review. A provisional statement does not authorize retroactive changes to accepted commercial rights. A restored or reversed refund must be reconciled against its original adjustment so the same transaction is not deducted twice.
8. Representatives and payout instructions
If an authorized representative acts for you, they must have authority to accept the terms and provide payout instructions. You are responsible for lawful instructions you authorize and for resolving your internal revenue allocations. We may verify authority and restrict suspicious changes. We are not required to adjudicate a private management or agency dispute, but must comply with valid legal orders and cannot use that dispute to permanently confiscate undisputed funds.
Payout destinations must meet disclosed ownership, verification and supported-country requirements. You must tell us promptly of a mistaken or compromised instruction. Provider conditions apply only as lawfully disclosed and do not excuse an incorrect platform payment.
9. Compliance, promotions and prohibited revenue
Maintain the permissions, business or professional licences and tax registrations required for your activity. Do not use subscriptions to launder funds, evade sanctions, conduct fictitious transactions, exploit minors or sell prohibited services. We may request necessary compliance evidence and restrict unsupported territories or payout routes. We do not warrant that activating a creator account supplies a licence or exemption for your activity.
Contests, giveaways and charitable claims require lawful rules, approvals and truthful disclosures of organizer, eligibility, prizes and funding. Do not imply Sbsial or a store sponsors or administers your promotion without written authorization. A subscription cannot be disguised gambling or an undisclosed donation scheme. A physical-goods offer requires its own supported transaction and consumer terms; these subscription terms do not authorize it.
10. Content, representations and third-party claims
You warrant your authority, the accuracy of material offer and onboarding information and the rights needed to deliver your content. Do not guarantee earnings, relationships, regulated results or benefits the service cannot provide. You are responsible for your collaborators and content you authorize. The General Terms' business indemnity governs attributable third-party claims, with its fault exclusions, notice, defence and settlement safeguards; it is not an unlimited indemnity for all platform conduct.
We may retain necessary transaction and enforcement evidence lawfully and use content under the General Terms' bounded licence. Neither stopping subscriptions nor an enduring accounting record gives us ownership of your content or a perpetual unrestricted licence. Subscriber privacy and lawful content restrictions continue after participation ends.
11. Notices and changes
Keep your service contact current. We may send necessary subscription, compliance, payout and legal notices electronically through the platform or your registered contact. Optional marketing requires its own lawful basis. We identify material changes in advance where required and obtain acceptance through the applicable agreement process. Continued use does not replace express acceptance or store consent when either is required.
Declining new terms may prevent new sales or activation, but existing obligations, locked commercial terms and legally payable earnings must be resolved on their applicable basis. You may stop participation through supported controls. If immediate action is required by law or safety, notice may follow to the extent lawful.
12. Service responsibility and financial limits
We do not guarantee subscriber numbers, earnings, continuous sales eligibility or commercial success. Your participation depends on store approval, payment collection and compliance with the applicable requirements. We remain responsible for our contractual performance, accounting, access services and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The warranty and liability provisions in the General Terms apply. Required refunds, repayments and legitimately payable earnings remain due. Any recovery of an overpayment or other contractual amount must have a documented, lawful basis under the applicable agreement. Restrictions and recoveries must be proportionate and open to review where required.
13. Enforcement, ending participation and complaints
We may suspend or end participation for material breach, fraud, safety or legal requirements, proportionately and with the General Terms' review process. Cooperate with resolving existing subscriptions, disabling future renewal through supported store processes and final lawful reconciliation. Termination does not automatically forfeit properly payable earnings. Send billing, statement or enforcement disputes to support@sbsial.com. General Terms govern liability, Dubai venue and language subject to mandatory rights.
14. Store requirements and continuing subscriber value
Your subscription must provide the continuing value described to subscribers throughout each paid period. The standard Membership does not promise a fixed posting schedule, but the available library and access must remain consistent with the offer. You must not advertise a recurring subscription that is effectively a one-time benefit, materially remove its recurring value while billing continues, or hide material restrictions until after purchase.
Do not make access to purchased benefits conditional on an unrelated purchase, social-media promotion, a favourable review, sharing device contacts or another unnecessary task. Describe optional subscriptions, trials and promotions accurately. Claims about price, eligibility, duration and cancellation must match the approved store offer; you cannot approve a store trial, refund or price change merely by promising it to a subscriber.
Subscribers may cancel future renewal through the billing provider without your approval. Do not obstruct cancellation or misrepresent it as immediate loss of a properly paid entitlement. Cooperate with Sbsial in investigating access complaints, fulfilling existing subscriptions and arranging remedies when the promised service cannot be supplied. Store requirements and mandatory subscriber rights apply alongside your separately accepted creator agreement; a private commercial arrangement cannot be used to avoid them.
