Social Feature Terms
Document version 1
1. Scope and product names
These terms apply to Mood, Media, Moments, Stories, Podcast, LIVE and Memorabilia, and to the use of Exclusive Content and Business/Deals described below. They supplement the General Terms, Community Guidelines and Privacy Notice. The General Terms govern eligibility, content rights, enforcement, liability and disputes.
These Social Feature Terms are between you and Sbsial Portal L.L.C. A feature is available only through its supported tools and applicable eligibility rules. Naming a feature here does not promise availability in every account, region or application version. A separately accepted fan, creator or service agreement governs the specific transaction; this document does not authorize an unsupported purchase or waive a mandatory right.
2. Mood, Media and contributions
Mood is a text-posting tool, not a confidential counselling record or emergency service. Media supports the available photo/video posting tools. Obtain rights and permissions for material, people, music and locations you include. Do not disclose another person’s sensitive information or use a mood or media post to threaten, harass or deceptively impersonate them. Tags, collaborations, reposts and polls do not themselves establish consent, endorsement, ownership or a binding commercial commitment. You must have the authority needed for any representation you make.
Review captions, tags, collaborators and the intended audience before publishing. Do not present another person's contribution as your own or suggest that a tagged person approved an allegation, advertisement or offer without authority. A repost does not cure an infringement in the original material. You remain responsible for contributions you submit or authorize, including material prepared by collaborators or generated with tools, subject to the General Terms.
3. Moments, Stories and expiry
Moments organize stories and media in the supported collections. The story tools distinguish a 24-hour availability option from an option without automatic expiry. Review the selected option before publishing; adding content to a collection does not guarantee that it will disappear after 24 hours. Expiry concerns availability through the feature, not guaranteed erasure from backups, lawful records or copies made by recipients. Content without automatic expiry remains subject to your deletion controls, moderation and lawful retention.
The availability option selected for a Story concerns that feature's display period. It does not promise that a separate copy, repost or later publication will expire at the same time. Do not use an expiring format to evade content rules or make unlawful disclosure appear harmless. Any permitted retention remains subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law; a display-expiry clause does not authorize indefinite storage or reuse.
4. Audience, location and external sharing
Do not assume that a Story, Moment or other post is private, limited to followers or confidential because it appears on your profile. Rely only on an explicit audience restriction supported for that specific feature. Public material can be viewed, copied and shared by others. Location tags can reveal whereabouts; include them only with appropriate consent and care. Device permissions are separate from legal agreement acceptance. Choosing external sharing sends selected material to the destination under its terms and privacy practices; deletion on Sbsial cannot recall outside copies. These cautions do not excuse a failure by Sbsial to implement an audience protection it expressly promises.
Consider whether an attachment, caption or recording reveals personal information beyond what you intend to share, including embedded media metadata described in the Privacy Notice. Obtain the required authority before publishing another person's location, contact details or identifiable private circumstances. Using a location or sharing tool does not establish permission to enter premises, film a person or publish private information. Paid or exclusive access does not give recipients a right to redistribute the material.
5. Podcast: recording and uploads
Podcast allows you to publish recorded or uploaded audio. Live audio is covered in the next section. You must have the rights to use the recording, cover image, music and voices and obtain the recording and publication permissions required by law. Microphone permission does not replace another participant’s consent.
Do not publish unlawfully recorded private conversations or use synthetic voices or likenesses to deceive or abuse others. The Privacy Notice explains how recordings and related information are processed, including moderation and lawful disclosure.
Permission to record and permission to publish are separate matters. Confirm that your rights cover the intended audience, any editing and the proposed use, including commercial use where applicable. Do not suggest that a participant endorsed an edited statement or sponsored a publication when they did not. Obtain any legally required guardian authorization for a minor's contribution; it does not override age restrictions or authorize prohibited content. Keep reasonable evidence of necessary permissions and cooperate with a legitimate rights complaint.
6. LIVE rooms and recording
LIVE supports audio or video rooms with the audience and speaking controls available for that room. Hosts must administer invitations, speaking permissions and participant conduct responsibly. Remove or restrict disruptive participants through the supported controls where appropriate, and report serious abuse. Hosting a room does not authorize unlawful recording, disclosure or republication of another person’s contribution.
A host may choose to enable recording. Before a recorded stream starts, the host must clearly explain what will be recorded and its intended publication, and obtain each speaker’s express confirmation of agreement. A speaker joining later must give that confirmation before speaking. Do not record a speaker who has not given the required confirmation. Joining, remaining silent, microphone permission or accepting general platform terms does not replace the required agreement.
A recorded audio stream may be published as a Podcast post only if the host chooses to publish it and holds the necessary recording, editing and publication rights. For any other replay, obtain the permissions applicable to that format and audience. Do not materially change the disclosed purpose or falsely imply an endorsement through editing. If a participant raises a legitimate consent or rights issue, stop the affected use where required and cooperate with its resolution; removal cannot guarantee recall of copies already lawfully shared.
Participants should check recording information and avoid disclosing sensitive information. Hosts must obtain any other permissions required by law. Technical availability of recording does not prove those permissions were obtained. A recording may require processing before replay becomes available; we do not guarantee a complete recording or uninterrupted broadcast. Report abuse or unauthorized recording through supported reporting tools or support.
7. Exclusive Content and Membership
Exclusive photos and videos are accessed through the creator’s Membership under the Subscriber Terms and Creator Subscription Terms. Membership includes the available exclusive library and new posts, without a set posting schedule unless a specific supported offer expressly promises more. It does not include Chat Pass, Paid Conversation or bespoke work. Public teasers or sharing links do not grant access to the full restricted media. Access controls do not guarantee absolute secrecy or authorize subscribers to redistribute content. Deleting a post does not itself cancel store billing or eliminate remedies for a material failure of the purchased service.
Creators must preserve the ongoing value described in the Membership offer and cooperate in resolving failures to supply paid access. Subscribers must not bypass access controls or share credentials to provide unauthorized access. A creator's decision to remove content, block a user or close new sales does not itself determine the user's refund rights or stop store renewal. Restoration, cancellation and price changes follow the Subscriber Terms and the applicable store process.
8. Memorabilia: eligibility, listings and agreements
Memorabilia is the auction feature. Hosting and bidding require legal eligibility and authority under applicable law and the accepted event and payment-provider conditions. Creator submissions undergo review; submission or agreement acceptance is not approval or a guarantee of publication. The separately accepted auction fan/bidder terms, creator agreement and applicable commercial appendix govern the event. Before a binding bid or payment, the offer must identify the seller and Sbsial’s role, the lot and its condition/provenance, currency, bid and deposit rules, fees/taxes, payment deadline, delivery/shipping/customs, returns and dispute arrangements. No listing may operate without required lawful disclosures.
A seller must disclose material defects, limitations and evidence supporting any claim of authenticity or provenance, and must have the right and ability to supply the lot. Review or publication by Sbsial does not itself certify authenticity, ownership or suitability. Do not list stolen, counterfeit, unlawful or prohibited items, or use an auction as a lottery or undisclosed chance-based promotion. Representations must match the accepted listing; material changes require the process and remedies prescribed by the event agreement and law.
9. Deposits and bidding
Before bidding, complete the required auction eligibility and agreement process and any required security deposit. The event terms and checkout set out the requirements. A deposit is not a bid or completed purchase, and declaring a bidding limit does not authorize automatic proxy bids. Submit each bid through the auction controls and check its confirmation and the event’s closing rules, including any announced extension.
Do not bid on your own listing, collude with others, manipulate prices or make commitments you cannot honour.
A displayed countdown, an attempted bid or an outbid notification is not a substitute for the auction's confirmed status. Connection delays may affect what your device shows. Follow the published closing and extension rules and check the confirmed bid record; do not assume that a request that timed out was accepted or rejected. Report an uncertain or erroneous result promptly without submitting a commitment you cannot honour. Any withdrawal or correction of a confirmed bid follows the accepted event terms and mandatory law, rather than a general right to undo it at will.
10. Winning, payment and nonpayment
If you are confirmed as the winner, you must meet the obligations and complete payment under the auction terms you accepted and the event confirmation. Those terms govern deposit handling, refunds, delivery review and any consequence of nonpayment, subject to mandatory law. Winning does not establish completed delivery or immediately payable creator earnings.
Failure to honour a bid may restrict future participation under the auction rules. You may seek correction of an error and any review required by law. Any financial consequence or resale must have a lawful basis under the accepted auction terms; it cannot be imposed merely by reference to this policy.
A winner notification identifies the outcome under the event rules; payment, delivery and final settlement remain distinct steps. Do not treat a payment attempt or a pending provider response as confirmation of payment. A participation restriction must relate to the applicable rules and remains subject to the General Terms' review safeguards. This policy does not create a separate penalty, authorize collection from an external account or remove remedies for a verified system or payment error.
11. Delivery, remedies and charitable claims
The seller must be entitled to sell and must accurately describe authenticity, condition, ownership and any restrictions. Event delivery coordination and payment release do not eliminate seller obligations or Sbsial’s own undertaken duties. Report missing delivery, damage, misdescription or suspected fraud with proportionate evidence. Refund decisions must follow the applicable event terms and mandatory rights; financial adjustments require an applicable lawful basis and cannot simply transfer platform fault to the buyer. Any charitable statement must identify the beneficiary, contribution basis, responsible party and necessary approvals and reporting. There is no default donation or guaranteed charitable allocation merely because an item is listed.
The event agreement and listing must identify the applicable delivery arrangements, responsibilities and any transfer of ownership or risk. A tracking entry, payment release or platform status does not by itself establish that a disputed item was delivered as described or that a mandatory claim was waived. Cooperate with lawful delivery checks and provide relevant records without fabricating evidence. Customs and import restrictions may affect a transaction; a seller must not promise lawful import or delivery where required permissions are absent.
12. Business and Deals
Business services and Deals are separate negotiated requests. The requester terms, creator agreement and applicable pricing appendix presented for the deal govern its scope, agreed budget, deliverables and settlement. Creating a request is not acceptance by the creator; a negotiation or counteroffer is not completed performance. Payment is separately authorized and confirmed, and may be held pending the supported release or refund decision rather than immediately earned. Identify required usage rights, permissions, delivery criteria and any regulated-service requirements in the agreed scope; paying a deal does not automatically transfer all intellectual property. A deal is not a Membership subscription, coin top-up or promise of an off-platform personal relationship. Creator monetization eligibility and the General Terms apply.
Before committing, identify the parties, agreed scope, deliverables, timing, required approvals and content-use rights. Do not assume that preliminary discussion, an uploaded file or payment alone establishes acceptance of completed work. Changes to scope or performance must be agreed through a supported process and recorded; no party may unilaterally impose extra work, an undisclosed charge or a retroactive change to agreed rights. A party supplying a regulated service must hold the permissions required for it; a platform profile or acceptance of these Terms is not a professional licence.
13. Reports and continuing obligations
Use the reporting and blocking tools or contact support@sbsial.com about unlawful content, rights violations, safety concerns or transaction problems. We may restrict unlawful or harmful activity under the General Terms, subject to the review and remedies required by law.
Ending a broadcast, deleting content or closing an account does not cancel store subscriptions, settle an auction or Deal obligation, or erase legitimately payable earnings. The General Terms and the agreement for the relevant service govern those matters.
A report should identify the content, room, listing or transaction and the concern, with proportionate supporting evidence. Do not knowingly make false reports or retaliate against a good-faith complaint. We may preserve necessary evidence and restrict affected activity while reviewing a credible risk, within the General Terms and law. A report or temporary restriction is not itself a final determination of wrongdoing or authority to confiscate unrelated balances.
14. Commercial promotions and public claims
Disclose sponsorship, paid promotion and other material commercial relationships as required by law. A tag, gift, collaboration or auction does not establish Sbsial's or a store's sponsorship. Obtain written authority before claiming either sponsors or administers an event. Give truthful information about the organizer, eligibility, promised benefit and any required approvals; do not disguise gambling, a donation request or an unsupported service as ordinary social content.
15. Feature changes and interrupted access
A feature may depend on compatible software, connectivity, processing and the supported account controls. Keep your own lawful original materials where needed; uploading does not promise a permanent archive or backup service. Delays, failed processing or removal can affect availability, but do not excuse Sbsial's own obligations or remove a mandatory remedy for a paid service that was not supplied.
Changes, suspension and discontinuance follow the General Terms. Where paid access, a confirmed bid or an accepted Deal is affected, the applicable transaction agreement and mandatory remedies also apply. A changed interface or later Help Center article does not retrospectively change accepted transaction terms.
16. How these Terms apply with other agreements
For a social-feature issue, these Terms supplement the General Terms. A separately accepted subscription, interaction, auction or Deal agreement governs its specific transaction and performance where provisions conflict, subject to mandatory law. Applicable store rules govern permitted purchase and billing procedures without removing Sbsial's own service obligations. A private promise by a creator cannot bind Sbsial without authority or waive another person's mandatory rights.
